The team that executed the program are qualified and has the expertise but the resources along with the steps and strategies needs improvement. The result further revealed that the respondents are not so much aware of the policies. The PRAISE objective’s extent of achievement was moderately attained and has rated fair by the respondents. The award received by the recipients of Career and Self-Development Incentive has not changed them because PRAISE program was not so motivating at that time.
