The study explored the supply chain practices in mango production across the municipalities of in the three congressional districts in Masbate. It examined the roles and interconnections among key stakeholders, including mango farmers, local traders, consolidators, retailers, and institutional officials. The research utilized survey questionnaires and key informant interviews as primary data collection methods. The data gathered were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency counts, and rankings analysis to assess supply chain effectiveness. Findings revealed that the supply chain performance of mango from the three different district locations in the Province of Masbate is characterized by limited access to market information, the absence of structured contractual arrangements, and inconsistent production volumes, which affect both market reliability and income stability for mango producers. Additionally, value-adding opportunities remain largely untapped due to a lack of infrastructure and coordination among stakeholders. To address these challenges, the study recommends strengthening stakeholder collaboration, improving infrastructure for postharvest handling and processing, and providing institutional support for market development. These strategic interventions aim to enhance the overall resilience, productivity, and competitiveness of the mango supply chain in Masbate.
