Sinapanan: A new Feature for Food Tourism
Abstract
The aim of the study is to introduce Sinapanan, a novel feature intended to improve culinary tourism experiences, it aims to evaluate the acceptability of Sinapanan in preparing different dishes by conducting a taste test to assess the taste, texture, aroma and appearance of the different dishes. Rather than merely utilizing basic meats, the researcher decided to establish the notion that employing processed meat, especially Sinapanan, would increase the flavor and originality of diverse cuisines. The study investigates how Sinapanan provides tourists with a distinctive, immersive experience by utilizing state-of-the-art technologies and locally relevant culinary ideas. By incorporating real-time suggestions and cultural background, Sinapanan aims to serve as a connection between tourists and authentic local dining experiences.
