The strategic integration of educational technology is paramount in modern-day pedagogical practice. However, Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University (DMMMSU) Mid-La Union Campus encounters obstacles in its effective implementation, notably concerning infrastructure and institutional support. This research aimed to assess the current status of educational technology integration, delineate barriers to its adoption, and formulate actionable recommendations for improvement. Employing a mixed-methods research design, the study integrated quantitative and qualitative data obtained through surveys, interviews, and technical assessments. Stratified random sampling ensured a representative sample of faculty and students across diverse academic units and demographic profiles. The findings revealed salient challenges, including inconsistent internet connectivity, limited access to digital resources, and inadequate faculty training in pedagogical technology applications. Despite these impediments, both students and faculty acknowledged the potential of educational technology to enhance teaching and learning outcomes. Recommendations underscore the necessity for infrastructural enhancements, expanded professional development initiatives, and accessible technical support to facilitate effective technology integration.
